They have obtained a community approval through their respective banks for Fusion. This will help ensure a smooth loan process so you will be able to close and move in on time.

All buyers are required to be pre-approved by one of our Preferred Lenders. If you select one of our Preferred Lenders for your market-rate home mortgage, we will give you a $5,000 credit in escrow to be used for upgrades or closing costs.
